SAVVY PROGRAMMING
On Friday evening, February 3, the Wilmington Wine & Chocolate Festival will again open with a gala event, the Grand Tasting, featuring the sampling and selling of wine and chocolate. Guests will be treated to live entertainment, an auction, and hors d’oeuvres from Lawler Catering. Jurying of vendor booths and award presentations will take place and on Saturday and Sunday, February 4th and 5th, the Showcase, with its large enthusiastic crowds, will follow. Demonstrations and other related programming will enhance — but not interfere — with the promotion and sales of your products.
TRACK RECORD
Our event has a nine-year history of success. A following of dedicated festival goers who have been eagerly anticipating this year’s event. Thousands of people of all ages have faithfully attended what has become a regional tradition.
VENUE
The Coastline Conference and Event Center is a charming downtown venue, well-appointed with conveniences and amenities that optimize the festival experience for both vendors and attendees. Plentiful parking, downtown attractions and adjacent lodging sweeten our new site.
PUBLICITY AND PROMOTIONS
A vigorous regional marketing plan includes the entire southeast coast. Strong state-wide media support and web exposure ensure record attendance again this year.
TIMING
Early February is the perfect time of year for you to sell products and take special orders for Valentine’s Day. The coast is usually sunny and cool — not cold — making it an ideal seasonal destination for our vendors and festival guests.
COST EFFECTIVENESS/ USER FRIENDLINESS
Because we recognize and appreciate the investment you will make in showcasing your products, the rental fee for a booth is $150 — by allowing you to participate for a daily fee of $50.You have the choice to reserve your space via credit card through our secure website or print the registration from this site and mail it with a check.
